Role Overview:

Creative Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-converting ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Google Display, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Create scroll-stopping visuals for paid campaigns, landing pages, emailers, social media, and more.
• Use AI design tools and prompts to develop fast mockups, concept art, and variations.
• Collaborate with performance marketers, copywriters, and video editors to align creatives with campaign goals.
• Stay updated with current design trends, ad formats, and creative strategies.
• Maintain and organize creative assets and templates for ongoing use.
• A/B test visual concepts and iterate based on performance data.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficient in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva.
• Working knowledge of AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Leonardo.ai, Canva Magic Design).
• Strong understanding of design for digital advertising (especially for performance-driven campaigns).
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking with a growth marketing mindset.
• Minimum 1-3 Years Of Experience Preferred.
