Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative assets and ensure they are accurately executed as per design requirements and the intended medium.
• Assist in conceptualising and creating new communication and content ideas for the brand.
• Support the team during shoots — including planning, editing, and execution.
• Manage design elements and visual content based on briefs and brand guidelines.
• Edit footage and add visual graphics for videos
• Coordinate basic printing and production execution as needed.

• Good sense of design, layout, and colour coordination.
• Ability to translate creative briefs into effective visual designs

• Basic video editing and motion graphics skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to feedback.
  

Knowledge & Expertise

Mandatory:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of printing processes and production requirements.
• Good sense of Colour and Design sense
  

Desirable (Optional):

• Familiarity with basic video editing software for social media.
• Basic knowledge of framing, photography, and lighting techniques.
  

Experience

Mandatory:

• 2–3 years of experience of on Job Designing Experience
• Prior experience in graphic design or related creative roles.
  

Desirable (Optional):

• Exposure to social media content creation or digital campaign design.

Qualitative Requirement

Mandatory:

• A Master’s / Bachelors degree in Arts / Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement.
• Age: 25 to 30 years
