Empower Pragati, founded in 2010, is a pioneering organization funded by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). Our mission is to impact the lives of underprivileged youth by providing them with skills, employment, and livelihood opportunities. Over the past decade, we have trained over 450,000 youth in both formal and informal sectors. We implement large-scale government projects and assist corporates in strategizing and executing their CSR initiatives. We work with vulnerable youth, women, juvenile delinquents, and specially-abled individuals across rural and urban India.

Key Responsibilities:

 Experienced in designing digital and print materials: banners, social media creatives, booklets, brochures, annual reports, presentations, infographics, etc.

 Work on layouts, typography, iconography, and image editing.

 Collaborate with the content and communication team to brainstorm creative ideas and visual storytelling.

 Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all designs and assets.

 Creating assets for merchandise, training materials, and internal campaigns.

Requirements:

✔️ Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Coreldraw ✔️ A good eye for detail, color, typography, and layout ✔️ Passionate about social impact and creativity ✔️ Good communication and teamwork skills ✔️ Strong Portfolio showcasing your creative work ✔️ Pursuing or completed a course in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
