Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and business goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, hands-on experience with digital and print creatives, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for digital platforms including social media, websites, ads, banners, and email campaigns.
• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, flyers, presentations, and branding materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and social media teams to understand design requirements.
• Develop creatives for performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Edit and enhance images, graphics, and layouts as required.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and revise designs efficiently.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to visualize concepts and convert ideas into impactful designs.
• Attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro).
• Experience with UI/UX design.
• Understanding of digital marketing and branding.

Pay: ₹10,062.13 - ₹30,000.00 per month
