Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and business goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, hands-on experience with digital and print creatives, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines. Key Responsibilities Create engaging designs for digital platforms including social media, websites, ads, banners, and email campaigns. Design marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, flyers, presentations, and branding materials. Collaborate with marketing, content, and social media teams to understand design requirements. Develop creatives for performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs. Edit and enhance images, graphics, and layouts as required. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Incorporate feedback and revise designs efficiently. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma , or similar tools. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Ability to visualize concepts and convert ideas into impactful designs. Attention to detail and strong time-management skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills (Added Advantage) Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro). Experience with UI/UX design. Understanding of digital marketing and branding.
