Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Chennai. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, websites, and other marketing materials. Collaborating with the marketing team, providing input on design direction, and ensuring brand consistency across all design outputs are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design skills
• Experience in Branding and Typography
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong visual and aesthetic skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

Desired Skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustration, Typography, Color Theory, Layout Design, Visual Communication, Creativity, after effects
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and video editing techniques.
• Design technical illustrations and recreate images based on provided specifications.
• Should be highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator.
• Should have basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the brand guidelines and ensure all designs are consistent with them.
• Solid knowledge of social media platforms and their video requirements (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, etc)

Essentials:-

· Assist in the planning and creative process of new client acquisition.

· Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

· Study design briefs and determine requirements.

· Managing the design and uploading process, and keeping clients up to date.

· Checking designs for errors before publishing or printing.

· Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.

· Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video

· Design graphic assets like icons, illustrations, or patterns for websites, blogs, articles.

· Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software.

· Supporting team members' career growth and progression.

· Discouraging unhealthy competition and promoting collaboration.

· Test graphics across various media

· Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

· Support and guide team members to ensure they meet their individual targets and KPIs.

• Work independently as well as cooperatively with team to meet deadlines, stay connected, and schedule project implementation based on workload.
