1. Develop strong visual concepts

   for campaigns, videos, presentations, product explainers, and marketing materials.

2. Translate briefs into compelling visual stories

   using both static design and motion graphics.

3. Create mood boards, storyboards, style frames, and design directions

   for various creative projects.

4. Design high-quality static assets

   including decks, one-pagers, brochures, banners, infographics, and digital creatives.

5. Produce and animate motion graphics

   such as logo reveals, transitions, walkthroughs, and high-quality video content.

6. Edit videos end-to-end

   including syncing VO/audio, color correction, and post-production enhancements.

7. Ensure brand consistency and visual accuracy

   across all design and motion deliverables.

8. Collaborate effectively

   with content, video, and design teams, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.

9. Manage multiple projects

   , maintain organized files, estimate effort, and participate in client discussions when needed.

10. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and AI advancements

    , continuously improving creativity and technical skills.
11. Proficiency in

    Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma

12. Understanding of

    animation principles, compositing, and video editing workflows

13. Knowledge of

    GWD, Cinema4D/Blender

    , Animate and basic audio editing (added advantage)
14. Strong visualization, storytelling, and communication skills
