Job Description

Position Summary

Seeking a

creative and tech-savvy professional

with strong skills in

graphic design, social media management, and email marketing

. You will design compelling visuals, manage brand presence across social platforms, and execute engaging email campaigns to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Development

Design high-quality graphics, banners, infographics, and digital ads using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
Create visually appealing, brand-aligned email templates using Mailchimp.

Social Media Management

Plan, design, and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other platforms.
Create engaging content (images, reels, carousels) to increase brand awareness.
Monitor and respond to audience engagement.

Collaboration & Campaign Support

Align creatives with ongoing marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
Support webinars and virtual events with promotional creatives and email follow-ups.
Coordinate with agencies when required.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in graphic design and social media management.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Figma preferred).
Strong expertise in Mailchimp for templates, automation, and analytics.
Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years' experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
Experience with both B2B and B2C brands.
Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects) a plus.
