### *Job Summary*

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented *Designer* to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, an eye for layout and color, and proficiency in both print and digital media. You will be responsible for crafting compelling designs that align with our brand identity and support marketing, product, and communication goals.

### *Key Responsibilities*

* Design graphics and layouts for digital, print, packaging, and branding materials

* Develop social media creatives, brochures, banners, product labels, presentations, etc.

* Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams for campaign design

* Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs

* Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

* Stay updated with current trends in design and tools

### *Required Skills & Tools*

* Proficiency in *CorelDRAW*, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

* Experience with *Canva, **Figma* or similar tools for digital design

* Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital design work

* Understanding of typography, layout principles, color theory, and branding

* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

## *Good to Have*

* Experience in UI/UX design or web layout design

* Basic knowledge of video editing or animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

* Knowledge of pre-press and print production standards

### *Qualifications*

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred)

* Minimum 1–3 years of relevant design experience (freelance or agency)

* Agri Sector experience is preferable

### *Compensation*
