To know more, log onto http://www.commutiny.in About Roles & Responsibilities: As Senior Associate Coordinator - Climate Action you will support management and implementation of programs related to climate action, strengthen partnerships with different organizations, and manage logistical and administrative coordination for the programs you will be involved in. Implementation and Administrative Support: Provide support in coordinating, organizing, and implementing all aspects of the program journey including capacity-building workshops and training for collective members and youth workers across states. Co-anchor the coordination and logistics for the implementation of programs. Provide planning and administrative support, dissemination of resources, collation of data, and reporting. Design and facilitate sessions, workshops, events, conferences etc. wherever possible Co-anchor advocacy partnerships/collaborations with support from the team. Organizational Processes and Visibility: Support the Narrative team by implementing the climate visibility strategy and participate in digital outreach through Facebook /Twitter /Instagram /YouTube to amplify media products, public initiatives, and events. Support in creating visibility of the program and young people involved in relevant spaces, and aggregating impact stories and anecdotes from the ground to ensure effective narrative building. Actively participate and contribute to all the organizational processes and meetings. Programme Management: Develop and implement programs in line with organizational goals and objectives. Coordinate program activities, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and adherence to budgets. Monitor program impact and make adjustments to enhance effectiveness based on ongoing assessment. Impact Evaluation and Reporting: Design and implement robust evaluation frameworks to assess the impact of programs. Compile and analyze data to generate comprehensive reports on program outcomes. Communicate findings to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations, emphasizing the achieved impact and lessons for future improvement. Competencies Required: Good programme management and MIS skills Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) Deep learning orientation and entrepreneurial skills Strong administrative and coordination skills Ability to engage with a diverse group of partners and collaborate effectively Curious, creative and analytical bent of mind and a deep interest and commitment in adolescent and youth work and youth issues Visual communication skills like Powerpoint, canva. Required Qualifications: Preferably a post-graduate degree (in political science/sociology/social work/development studies, education/any other relevant field). Good Knowledge of the Indian Constitution and Citizenship is an advantage. Required Work experience: 2 - 5 years of relevant experience Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi Knowledge of another Indian language will be an asset Remuneration: 42k - 58k (2-5 years of experience)

To know more, log onto http://www.commutiny.in About Changelooms:YLCA Changelooms - Youth Leaders for Climate Action is specifically designed to empower young social entrepreneurs in advancing climate action through a "youth-centric-nourishing-now" approach. This program aims to foster climate-positive communities by encouraging initiatives that reduce carbon emissions or increase carbon capture. Following a successful pilot, the program is now ready to offer an extended, three-year journey to enable meaningful and sustained engagement for climate-focused entrepreneurs. About Roles & Responsibilities: As an Intern Climate Action (Changelooms Programme) you will primarily support the team in managing the search and selection process for the upcoming cohort. This includes outreach to potential applicants, database management, coordination with partners and mentors, and logistical support for assessment activities. The role and responsibilities will also evolve based on the requirements of the programme, offering you opportunities to engage in diverse aspects of youth-led climate action. Key Responsibilities Support outreach efforts to youth-led organisations and potential applicants across India. Assist in managing and updating applicant databases. Coordinate communication with applicants, mentors, and panelists during the selection process. Provide logistical and administrative support for online and offline assessment processes. Assist in compiling applications, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews. Support documentation, note-taking, and report preparation for the selection process. Assist with visibility and communication efforts related to the programme (social media posts, emails, outreach material). Learning Opportunities Gain insights into how large-scale youth leadership programmes are designed and implemented. Learn about participatory selection processes and grassroots youth-led climate initiatives. Develop skills in programme coordination, outreach, and communications. Work closely with a passionate team and network of youth-led organisations across India. Competencies Required: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English; working knowledge of Hindi preferred. Good organisational and coordination skills. Comfort with digital tools (MS Excel/Google Sheets, Canva, Zoom, etc.). Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn. Interest in climate action, youth leadership, and social change. Qualification & Experience: Recent graduate degree (in political science/sociology/social work/development studies, education/any other relevant field).
