Our designs, communication campaigns and toolkits have been very well received not only among practitioners but also among development-sector organisations, academics, media groups and policy makers. We have always used the youth-centric development frameworks and the Indian Constitution as a basis of the design of these initiatives. Role Description We are seeking a people-centric Associate Coordinator for a dual role supporting our vartaLeap Coalition and internal HR. You will work closely with the team to create dynamic engagement spaces for coalition members, coordinating their journey and building community. Internally, you will co-anchor recruitment and support our organizational processes to foster an inspiring culture. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with diverse stakeholders and is passionate about enabling co-creational space. Detailed Roles and Responsibilities Collectivisation (vartaLeap) Support the coalition-building process by coordinating and facilitating the membership process and member engagement. Co-anchor the design and facilitation of group spaces within the coalition alongside other co-anchors. Keep track of all processes and engagement by maintaining records and data dashboards for the coalition and its group spaces. Anchor and maintain relationships with coalition members and group co-anchors. Coordinate, co-design, and facilitate burst event spaces, including bonding and learning spaces co-created with the coalition. Provide coordination and logistical support for all offline spaces, such as the annual retreat and other meetings. Create and disseminate newsletters and other communications for coalition members. Pro-actively grasp the pulses of the coalition and strategically escalate potential conversations to relevant team members and leadership.
