Now, we're scaling our visual identity and seeking a creative mind who understands the nuances of B2B communication and can bring our mission to life through compelling design. Role Overview: We’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer who can translate research, data, and business insights into visually engaging content. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of English , be proficient in Canva , and demonstrate a working knowledge of AI-powered tools used in creative workflows. Key Responsibilities: Design marketing assets such as: LinkedIn posts and carousels B2B infographics and whitepapers Sales presentations, pitch decks, brochures Event branding materials (booth creatives, backdrops, invites, etc.) Collaborate with the marketing and research teams to understand complex topics and visualize them creatively Use Canva (and optionally Figma/Adobe tools) to create design templates for brand consistency Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar to boost design output and ideation Stay updated with B2B design trends, LinkedIn content styles, and industry aesthetics Must-Have Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B or professional services Proficiency in Canva (Canva Pro) Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal Ability to visualize complex ideas clearly and creatively Familiarity with AI tools used in design workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, DALL·E, Midjourney, etc.) A strong portfolio showcasing experience in B2B social media content , infographics, and presentations Preferred (Good to Have): Understanding of market research or consulting industry Experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite Video editing or animation basics (Canva or other tools) Prior experience creating content for LinkedIn marketing
