Job Title: Graphic Designer
Experience: 3 Years

· Create visual content for digital and print media including advertisements, social media posts, brochures, banners, logos, and presentations.
· Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop visual assets that communicate brand messages effectively.
· Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
· Ensure consistency of design across various platforms and media.
· Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for approval.
· Amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
· Stay updated with industry tools, trends, and best practices.
· Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio.
· Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
· A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
· Excellent communication and time-management skills.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
· Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
· Experience with print production processes.
