Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Pitch Deck Designer who can translate business ideas into visually compelling and investor-ready presentations. You’ll work closely with our founders, analysts, and client teams to design decks that tell a powerful story — blending strategy, design, and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and structure high-impact pitch decks, investor presentations, and funding documents.

• Work with clients and internal teams to understand business models, target markets, and value propositions.

• Create professional visual layouts, infographics, and charts to simplify complex information.

• Collaborate with financial analysts and writers to ensure accuracy and storytelling balance.

• Maintain brand consistency and presentation standards across all materials.

• Deliver high-quality, editable decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides/Canva/Figma) within deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong command over PowerPoint, Canva, or Figma.

• Eye for clean design, visual hierarchy, and attention to detail.

• Good understanding of startup funding, business storytelling, and investor expectations (training will be provided).

• Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, or Business.

• Prior experience creating pitch decks, presentations, or marketing collateral for startups or agencies.

• Knowledge of financials or startup ecosystem is a plus.
