1. Design and Layout: Create visually appealing designs for various media, including websites,

social media, print, and digital advertising.

2. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all platforms and media.

3. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project

requirements and deliver creative solutions.

4. Concept Development: Develop creative concepts and graphics to communicate ideas

effectively.

5. Revisions and Feedback: Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

6. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and

maintaining high-quality standards.

7. Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep

designs fresh and innovative.

8. Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and resources.

9. Technical Proficiency: Use design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.)

proficiently to produce high-quality graphics.

10. File Preparation: Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring all files are print-ready or

optimized for digital use.

Core Competencies

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

2. Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design

skills and creativity.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,

Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar. Experience in motion and web design is an

advantage.

4. Creativity: Strong creative and artistic abilities with attention to detail.

5. Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and feedback effectively.
