Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visually appealing designs that communicate our brand message effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to translate concepts into engaging visual content for both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop creative graphics for social media posts, websites, advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing, content, and social media teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective designs.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Edit and retouch images as needed for digital and print use.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance design quality.
Assist in developing creative concepts for campaigns, branding, and promotional activities.
Adapt existing designs to different formats and platforms as required.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including digital and print.
Good understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and branding.
Attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to take feedback positively and incorporate changes effectively.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
Experience in UI/UX design or familiarity with tools like Figma or Adobe XD is an advantage.
Understanding of printing processes and preparing print-ready files.
