The Junior Sales Executive position is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience (Freshers are also welcome) to join our dynamic sales team. As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying potential clients, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting various sales activities in the field of IT sales, encompassing website development, digital marketing, and mobile application development. This entry-level role not only provides hands-on experience but also paves the way for career advancement within our organization. Your responsibilities will include: Lead Generation & Prospecting: You will be assisting in identifying potential clients using various methods such as research, cold calls, emails, and social media platforms. It will be your responsibility to maintain an up-to-date prospect database, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for senior sales team members. Client Interaction & Relationship Building: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, provide initial information about our services, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Sales Support: Support senior sales executives in creating presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. Collaborate with the sales team to track leads and ensure timely follow-ups. Participate in sales activities like events and product demonstrations. Digital Marketing Awareness: Learn the fundamentals of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing) to effectively communicate with potential clients. Stay informed about industry trends and service offerings. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, leads, and client interactions. Generate basic reports on sales performance and share updates with the team. Learning & Development: Engage in training sessions to enhance your sales and product knowledge. Continuously improve your understanding of our services and the digital marketing domain. Qualification: Graduation in any discipline; MBA preferred. Key Skills required: Sales & Business Development: Lead generation, strategic planning, negotiation, client acquisition, and retention. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding social media marketing and campaign analysis. Leadership: Team leadership, collaboration, goal setting, and performance management. Communication: Client relationship management, persuasive pitching, and negotiation. Salary: As per industry standards.
