Job Description

AVA International Pvt. Ltd seeking a highly skilled and creatively driven Graphic Designer to join our team. The role requires strong visual communication capabilities, a refined design sensibility, and the ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling digital and print assets. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating social media collaterals, designing product listing creatives, and executing basic to intermediate video editing tasks to support marketing and e-commerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design high-quality graphics for social media platforms, including static posts, carousels, reels thumbnails, ads, stories, and campaign creatives.
  • Develop product listing images, A+ content, infographics, comparison charts, and enhanced brand creatives for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C websites.
  • Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos including product demos, promotional reels, brand storytelling clips, and basic motion graphics.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
  • Adapt existing artworks into various formats and specifications for digital ads, website banners, packaging layouts, and print materials.
  • Maintain and organize design project files, templates, references, and brand assets for efficient workflow and version control.
  • Stay updated with current design and social media trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas into the brand’s visual identity.
  • Work within project timelines to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent design and editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout design.
  • Experience in designing for social media and digital advertising channels.
  • Basic to intermediate-level video editing and motion graphics abilities.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce listing standards and image guidelines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce, digital marketing, or consumer brands.
  • Experience working with product-based companies or creative agencies is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
