🎨 What You’ll Do

Design with Purpose

Create high-impact visual assets for digital campaigns, packaging, emailers, social media, print, and retail
Translate briefs into timeless, on-brand designs that reflect our minimal, modern aesthetic

Brand Consistency

Maintain visual coherence across all touchpoints — from web and café menus to product packaging and event collateral
Uphold and evolve our visual language, balancing brand guidelines with fresh design thinking

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

Work closely with marketing, content, and operations teams to bring ideas to life
Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and production partners to ensure high-quality execution

Adapt Across Mediums

Design for a variety of formats: static, motion, web, social, print, and spatial (store/café graphics)
Ensure responsiveness and visual appeal across devices and channels
