Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

  • Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media (social media posts, banners, brochures, ads, etc.).
  • Develop brand-aligned visuals using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
  • Design UI/UX assets (optional based on requirement).
  • Work closely with the marketing/content team to deliver timely creatives.


Video Editing:

  • Create and assemble elements and text into finished video projects using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
  • Add appropriate graphics, animations, transitions, and effects to enhance video quality.
  • Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of video/audio.


Motion Graphics:

  • Create motion graphic elements and simple animations for videos and presentations.
  • Design intros, outros, and overlays for branded video content.
  • Work with the creative, marketing, and social media teams to understand project goals and requirements.
  • Translate ideas into visuals that meet strategic goals.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
  • Portfolio of work
