Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Power BI Trainer for an on-site role located in Lucknow. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on Power BI, designing and developing training curriculums, conducting assessments, and supporting participants in achieving their learning goals. Additionally, the trainer will engage with participants to ensure their growth and understanding of the material, catering to both beginners and advanced learners.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Training, Teaching, and Coaching to deliver effective and engaging learning experiences.
• Experience in Curriculum Development and creating customized training materials for diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support learners and foster a positive learning environment.
• Experience with Sales or a willingness to collaborate with sales teams for training-related initiatives is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization tools.
• Relevant certifications related to Power BI or training delivery are a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
