Graphic Designer And Video Editor

A Graphic Designer and Video Editor combines creative and technical skills to produce engaging visual content for various media. This role involves both graphic design and video editing, requiring proficiency in design software, video editing tools, and a strong understanding of visual communication principles. The job typically includes developing concepts, creating graphics, editing video footage, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines.  Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Developing creative concepts, layouts, and visual assets for digital and print media.  Creating graphics for social media, websites, marketing materials, and other platforms.  Using industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).  Ensuring all graphics are visually appealing, on-brand, and align with project requirements.  Researching design trends, best practices, and competitor analysis.  Receiving and incorporating feedback on design work.  Video Editing: Editing and assembling raw footage into polished videos, incorporating music, sound effects, graphics, and visual effects.  Developing a storytelling approach for videos.  Ensuring videos are edited according to established style guidelines and brand messaging.  Collaborating with content teams to conceptualize and storyboard video ideas.  Managing and organizing video assets.  Optimizing videos for various platforms (social media, websites, presentations).  Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with marketing teams, content creators, and other stakeholders.  Communicating effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle.  Providing regular updates and managing expectations.  Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing to the creative process.  Staying Updated: Keeping up with the latest design and video editing trends, software, and technologies.  Continuously improving skills and workflows.  Qualifications: Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual arts, multimedia, or a related field. Proven experience in both graphic design and video editing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Strong understanding of visual communication principles, typography, and color theory. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work.
