🔹 About the Role

Graphic Designer

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for

  events, branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials

  .
• Design

  event collaterals

  such as standees, banners, brochures, backdrops, signage, tent cards, certificates, stage designs, etc.
• Create digital assets including

  social media posts, web banners, emailers, and presentations

  .
• Work closely with marketing, events, and communications teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality creatives.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers for production quality.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all design outputs.
• Edit and produce basic video content using

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  and support motion graphics if required.
• Manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and deliver designs with accuracy.

🔹 Required Skills & Software Proficiency

• CorelDRAW

  – Expert level

• Adobe Illustrator

  – Strong vector design skills

• Adobe Photoshop

  – Advanced editing & composition

• Adobe Premiere Pro

  – Basic to intermediate video editing
• Knowledge of

  printing processes, color management, and pre-press requirements

• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visualization ability
• Ability to handle high workloads, especially during events & campaigns
• Strong understanding of branding and marketing communication

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in

  Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related fields

• Prior experience in

  event management companies

  , agencies, or

  university/education sector branding

• Understanding of layout principles, typography, and design trends
