Job Description: We are looking for creative minds who are capable of conveying the core value of the brand to people, irrespective of their degree. This paid internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in graphic design and content creation, working closely with our seasoned professionals. The role will involve a blend of fixed compensation and performance-based incentives. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to understand design and content requirements and objectives. Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for social media, advertisements, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva etc.. Generate innovative ideas for visual content to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns and materials. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all multimedia platforms. Adapt quickly to feedback and make necessary revisions to designs and videos. Requirements: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and other Adobe creative suites. Strong creative and design skills with attention to detail. Experience in content creation and written content is a plus. Experience in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects or similar tools is preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and time management skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
