Assist in conceptualizing and designing static and short-form video ads aligned with campaign briefs for Meta and WhatsApp channels.Translate marketing objectives and brand guidelines into visually compelling, high-conversion creatives optimized for different audience segments.Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to iterate designs based on CTR, engagement, and ad performance insights.Responsibilities (3 points)Design and edit image, carousel, and short video creatives using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Premiere Pro/After Effects.Adapt master creatives into multiple aspect ratios and formats (1:1, 9:16, 4:5, etc.) suitable for Meta and WhatsApp ad placements.Ensure brand consistency, compliance with platform policies, and timely delivery of creative assets for A/B testing and campaign deployment.About Company: Turtlemint is a technology platform that facilitates consumers in their entire process of searching, decision-making, and buying insurance.
