Graphic Design Intern

Urbanblocks is a dynamic brand in real estate investment, development, and management,

headquartered in Hyderabad. Originally established as Sigma Realty in 1980, Urbanblocks

has played a pivotal role in developing notable urban colonies in western Hyderabad,

including the landmark area of Kondapur.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop visual content strategies.
• Create compelling visuals for property listings and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics across all platforms and materials.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and suggest new visual concepts for real estate marketing .
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related field (or pursuing).
• 0–1 year of relevant experience (internships, freelance, or personal projects count).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design, illustration, and video editing work.

Required Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator (essential), Photoshop, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects (for video editing) and InDesign (basic knowledge preferred)
• Proficiency in Canva for creating social media content, presentations etc.
• Strong illustration and visual storytelling abilities
• Familiarity with motion graphics is a big plus
• Organized, deadline-driven, and capable of handling multiple projects
