Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing creatives for internal and external communication.
Support the creation of training decks, social media graphics, emailers, and event-related materials.
Work closely with the operations and learning teams to understand design requirements.
Create clean, on-brand visuals while maintaining consistency across all assets.
Edit existing templates, images, and presentations as needed.
Brainstorm visual ideas and contribute to creative discussions.
Maintain and organize the design asset library for easy access.

What We’re Looking For

Basic proficiency in Canva or any other design tool (Figma/Photoshop is a plus).
Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and layout design.
Ability to interpret briefs and convert them into simple, clean designs.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn and take feedback.
Ability to manage multiple design requests and deliver within timelines.
