Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, campaigns, and branding materials.
• Create, edit, and enhance videos for promotional content, reels, explainers, and digital ads.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure visual alignment.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts.
• Manage and maintain a library of design and video assets.
• Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
• Strong creative vision with an eye for layout, color, and typography.
• Ability to edit short-form video content, reels, and stories.
• Understanding of visual content requirements across different social media platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and meet deadlines.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communication, or a related field.
• A portfolio of prior design and video work (can include academic or personal projects).
