Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and

  create engaging designs for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and offline marketing assets.

• Collaborate with marketing & creative teams to bring campaign ideas to life with strong visual storytelling.
• Stay updated with

  latest design trends, color palettes, typography, and motion graphics

  in the advertising space.
• Leverage

  AI design tools and software

  to speed up workflows, ideation, and content generation.

• Ensure designs are brand-consistent, innovative,

  and resonate with the target audience.

• Work on quick turnarounds while maintaining high-quality output.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a

  Graphic Designer in marketing/advertising agencies

  or brand-side creative teams.
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)

  and familiarity with

  AI design tools

  (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Runway, Canva AI, Figma plugins).
• Strong portfolio showcasing

  ad campaigns, social media creatives, and marketing-led designs

  .
• Ability to translate marketing strategies into eye-catching visuals.
• Awareness of

  digital-first design formats

  (short-form content, carousels, reels, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a love for brainstorming
