About Roomhy Roomhy.com is a tech-first co-living marketplace designed for students and young professionals. We’re building India’s first real-time property bidding platform to make rental discovery and booking fast, fair, and fully digital. We’re now looking for a talented Web Developer & Designer to join our team and help us take Roomhy’s product and brand experience to the next level. --- Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain responsive web pages for Roomhy.com Ensure seamless UI/UX across desktop and mobile platforms Work closely with the product and marketing teams to translate ideas into functional, visually appealing designs Optimize website for speed, performance, and SEO Implement modern web technologies, animations, and interactive elements Regularly update and improve the site based on analytics and feedback --- Requirements Proven experience in web development and design (portfolio required) Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS) Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) Knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, etc.) Basic understanding of SEO-friendly design practices Ability to work independently and meet deadlines --- Good to Have Familiarity with React.js, Next.js, or other modern frameworks Experience in integrating APIs and third-party tools Understanding of real estate or rental marketplace platforms --- Perks & Benefits Opportunity to work on an innovative, fast-scaling startup Flexible working hours Freedom to bring creative ideas to life Potential to grow into a long-term core team role
