Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over design tools and the ability to create eye-catching e-commerce images, engaging videos, and appealing social media creatives that resonate with parents, children, and educators. Key Responsibilities: Design high-quality book covers, layouts, illustrations, and marketing materials. Create product images and banners for e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. Develop engaging videos and animations for product promotion. Design posts, reels, and creatives for various social media platforms. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to bring concepts to life. Ensure all designs are visually appealing, brand-consistent, and ready for both print and digital use. Required Skills & Software Expertise: Adobe Illustrator – for vector illustrations and designs. Adobe Photoshop – for image editing and enhancements. Adobe InDesign – for book layouts and print designs. CorelDRAW – for creative illustrations and layouts. Adobe Premiere Pro – for video editing. Adobe After Effects – for motion graphics and animations. Qualifications: Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in publishing or related industries). Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
