Key Responsibilities Design and develop visually appealing website layouts, UI/UX elements, and landing pages. Create engaging digital and print graphics (banners, brochures, social media posts, infographics, etc.). Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless translation of designs into functional web pages. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and digital materials. Optimize graphics and website assets for performance and accessibility. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, etc.). Experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar UI/UX tools. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles. Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Strong portfolio showcasing web and graphic design work. Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms. Basic understanding of JavaScript or web animations. Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing.
