Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

Assist with the firm-wide annual budget process, including managing timelines, stakeholder coordination, baseline development, executive presentation, and adhoc analysis.
Support monthly forecasting process as needed, including model updates, analysis etc.
Prepare ad hoc analysis as needed.

Capital & Investment Analysis

Support business case development, and post-investment reporting for internal projects.

Reporting & Analysis

Own and produce monthly customized P&L reporting for business unit reviews.
Support the firm with monthly firm operating expense summaries and reporting by national function.
Produce monthly sales commission calculations and ensure accurate accruals/reporting for firmwide bonus plans.
Prepare monthly expense accruals for international functions (ET, Learning, P&C, etc.) in coordination with functional leads.
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling in response to leadership and strategic needs.

Technology & Tools Management

Support Insight tool usage and leverage automation for standardized and on-demand reporting.

Tax & Compliance

Upload and manage tax contract expenses; facilitate tax contract accruals.
Provide financial oversight for nonbillable/accountable code management, including assignment code opening/closing.
