About the Role:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the

  budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

  processes.
• Develop and maintain

  financial models

  to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights.
• Drive

  process improvements

  by identifying inefficiencies and implementing

  automation initiatives

  across financial reporting and planning activities.
• Design and document

  process flow charts

  , standard operating procedures, and data workflows.
• Utilize

  AI-driven analytics tools

  (such as Power BI, Tableau, or other automation platforms) to streamline data collection, consolidation, and analysis.
• Support management reporting and prepare dashboards for leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with technology and finance transformation teams on

  digital finance initiatives

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA (Finance)

  or equivalent with

  3-5 years

  of relevant FP&A experience.
• Strong understanding of

  financial statements, variance analysis, and business KPIs

  .
• Proficiency in

  Excel (advanced functions, macros, Power Query)

  and

  financial modeling

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  automation tools

  such as Power BI, Alteryx, UiPath, Python, or similar.
• Exposure to or experience with

  AI-based forecasting or analytics tools

  preferred.
• Ability to design and document

  process flowcharts

  .
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
