Role Overview
We are seeking to train youth to take up interesting projects. You have to pay us first to make you an edutainment trainer or Grandmaster Shifu, with the “skadoosh” move. This is a tough job. Wake up at 7am and be ready for starting a batch at 930am at a training centre. Face the students in a classroom and transform them every day. Travel to small cities and towns for few weeks/days. You have to organize your thoughts, lesson plans, equipment and lead the “teacher-less” graduates to new career paths. We are solving the problem of higher education streams, where inspiring teachers are missing. Teachers who don’t have the technical knowledge and end up demotivating the students. These colleges need external intervention, which is where Coyolia Tech has been involved with CSR/NGOs/corporate organizations. We have projects that train graduates and place them in jobs in 60 days. We need young enthusiastic trainers who can make a difference. You can earn well as trainer and move into corporate tech jobs as well. We don’t need readymade experts. This is not suitable for everyone, this is not WFH, this is not free and not online training. This is for people who can solve problems, learn while teaching and prepare for a wholesome career in technical training. This is for people who have a good voice, dress well, love sharing food, feel responsible towards shared goals and hate desk jobs. This is for young people, who don’t want to stick to a 9-to-5 job routine but still have the fun, at their convenience. Switch off, switch on, based on your schedule. We can help few performers to reach Germany, Netherlands or UAE for technical training as a career, after you complete 4 batches or 1 year of work, whichever is earlier.
