Graduate Trainee

This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and seeking to build a career in a professional and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand customer support processes during the training period.
  • Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat professionally.
  • Communicate effectively to resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet performance and service goals.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and empathy while interacting with customers.

Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree

    (Graduation is mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills in

    attitude.
  • Willingness to

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
