Roles and Responsibilities:
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) for BI Reporting Analytics is an entry-level, foundation-building role focused on developing core skills in data engineering, analysis, and visualization. The GET will work under senior guidance to contribute to our strategic reporting infrastructure.

Data Consumption Modeling:
Rapidly learn and assist in consuming, transforming, and modeling data from various sources to ensure readiness for reporting and analysis. -
BI Reporting Development:
Focus on achieving high proficiency in Power BI
to design, develop, and maintain accurate, user-friendly, and insightful dashboards that translate complex data into clear business narratives. -
Technical Language Application:
Actively learn, practice, and apply core data languages, including SQL
(a primary focus), DAX
, M and/or Python
, in real-world data projects. -
Cloud Data Exposure:
Get introduced to and support tasks related to cloud data services, specifically focusing on fundamental concepts of Microsoft Azure
(e.g., Azure Storage and data pipeline concepts). -
Documentation Quality:
Assist in drafting clear technical and functional documentation for data models and reports, ensuring adherence to data quality and governance standards. -
Address the enhancement of key areas
within the existing portfolio to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives. -
Work on Data Quality (DQ) initiatives
, including monitoring, analysis, and implementation of best practices to maintain high standards. -
Proactive Problem-Solving:
Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset

About you:
Qualifications and Experience:
Must have
:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Data/Business Analytics or a related quantitative field.
- Proven academic or project experience with SQL (required).
- Fundamental understanding of data modelling concepts (e.g., Star/Snowflake schemas).
- Strong analytical problem-solver with an organized, detail-oriented approach.
- High capacity for adaptation and a demonstrated passion for continuous learning in the data domain.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
