Job Description

Job Title:

Undergo a structured training program across:

Product portfolio & manufacturing processes
Sales & Marketing systems, CRM tools, and supply chain coordination
Key client accounts and existing market landscape.
Cross-functional exposure: Operations, Finance, Procurement & R&D

Shadow senior leaders and participate in field visits

Phase 2: Business Leadership (Post Training)

Take ownership of Sales & Business Development activities for the assigned region.
Manage Key Account Managers (KAMs) and drive both hunting (new business development) and farming (account growth & retention)
Build strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
Conduct detailed sales and margin analysis, pricing strategy, and account profitability tracking.
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer insights.
Contribute to investment decisions by evaluating ROCE, capex proposals, and business cases.
Collaborate with marketing and product development to align solutions with market demand.

What We’re Looking For:

B.Tech/BE (preferably with interest in Marketing, Strategy)
Strong analytical mindset and comfort with financial metrics like ROCE, EBITDA margins, etc.
High drive for execution, people leadership, and client engagement
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel and take on regional assignments
Candidate must be willing to travel, as this role requires travel.
