Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Renewables Cluster

•
Process Improvement:
Assist in improving the efficiency and automation of manufacturing processes in the solar panel production line.
System Design & Development:
Work on the design, testing, and optimization of mechatronics systems, including robotics, sensors, and automated machinery used in solar panel production.
Quality Control & Testing
: Support in conducting tests and quality checks on mechatronic components to ensure the highest performance and reliability in solar energy systems.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance
: Diagnose and solve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues that arise in manufacturing equipment.
Collaborative Projects:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Electrical, and Software Engineers) to integrate and refine mechatronics systems.
Data Analysis
: Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify areas for improvement in both products and processes.
Documentation & Reporting
: Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and presentations to communicate progress and results to senior engineers and management.
R&D Support:
Participate in research and development projects for new technologies that enhance solar manufacturing processes.
