Graduate Engineer Trainee -Civil

Location: Chennai -Tiruvallur and will be Transferred to any other site locations across TN

Experience Required: 0–1 Years (Freshers Welcome)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, designing, and executing civil engineering projects.
• Support senior engineers in preparing structural drawings and layouts using AutoCAD or similar tools.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and compliance with design specifications.
• Perform quality checks of materials and workmanship at construction sites.
• Assist with quantity surveying, cost estimation, and billing tasks.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with Clients, contractors, and other engineers on design and construction issues.

Key Skills Required:

• Sound knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals (structural analysis, RCC, geotechnics, etc.)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Excel/Project, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of project lifecycle and construction workflows
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to site/project requirements

Educational Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
