Government Sales STATE MANAGERS (Infection Control Devices)

We are a complete INFECTION CONTROL SOLUTION R&D / Manufacturer with a 5X growth with a 28% PAT year on year !!!

With the launch of the GOI new Infection control Guidelines dt 8/8/25, our existing range seems mapped to the State & CENTERAL Budgets for ICP.

We are therefore , at seeking for IMMEDIATE HIRE :

Dynamic and experienced professional to drive government sales of infection control devices and solutions (sterilisation equipment, isolation systems, antimicrobial coatings, etc.) Under Swach Bharat Abhiyaan , Kayakalp ,PM: ABHIM & under PIP state projects

The candidates MUST be conversant with the above GOI Schemes & Buying process or NEED NOT APPLY

Candidates with already developed relationships with the following WILL BE PREFERRED :

  1. key government healthcare stakeholder.
  2. business growth through government channels (NHM, State Health Missions, AIIMS, Railways, Defense, ESIC, etc.)
  3. 3 SELF propelled Business growth in Govt. policy accounts and minimum 25 Crore annual sale targets
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage government accounts at central and state levels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with NHM Directors, procurement officers, hospital administrators, and doctors.
  • Identify and track GeM tenders, rate contracts, and empanelments.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents, technical bids, and compliance paperwork with backend support.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through government institutions.
  • Ensure company products are listed and promoted on GeM portal.
  • Organize product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for government healthcare institutions.
  • Provide regular market intelligence on government healthcare policies, tenders, and competitor activities.
Key Requirements
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years in government sales of medical devices, consumables, infection control, or related healthcare products.
  • Strong knowledge of GeM procurement process, rate contracts, and tendering.
  • Existing network and contacts with NHM, state health departments, AIIMS, ESIC, Defense, and other government institutions (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to PERSUADE ,coordinate with technical, regulatory, and backend teams for documentation.
  • Graduate in Science / Pharmacy / Engineering preferred; MBA desirable.
