Governance Reporting and Support

As a Governance Reporting and Support Analyst, you will be responsible for developing standard reporting to ensure sound, reliable, and consistent information within the team. This will enable better management and decision-making in alignment with the expectations of senior management. Your primary objective in this role is to contribute to the larger Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization by enhancing effectiveness through process improvements, automation, and the adoption of emerging technologies. You will have the autonomy to address most problems independently and tackle complex issues with your analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Attention to detail is crucial when making judgments and recommendations based on information analysis. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining standardized reporting to ensure the reliability and consistency of information across the department, assisting team members with data collection, organization, and analysis, and providing comprehensive work effort reporting and analysis. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing regular updates for senior management, gathering details for decision-making processes, performing data analysis for reengineering initiatives, and collaborating with the team to optimize processes and efficiency through data management workflows and best practices. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a large complex and/or global environment, with a background in management reporting and process improvement. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau, project management experience, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities are essential. A self-starter mindset and a quick learner of new tools and technologies will be advantageous. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, and exhibit a passion for applying emerging technologies to address complex business challenges.
