As a Governance Reporting and Support Analyst, you will be responsible for developing standard reporting to ensure accurate, consistent information within the team. Your role is crucial in enabling better management and decision-making in alignment with senior management's expectations. You will play a key part in contributing to the larger Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization by enhancing effectiveness through process improvements, automation, and the adoption of emerging technologies. You will have the autonomy to handle most issues independently and tackle complex problems. Your analytical thinking skills and knowledge of data analysis tools will be essential in making informed judgments and recommendations based on thorough information analysis. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining standardized reporting to guarantee reliable and consistent information across the department for improved management and decision-making. You will conduct data analysis and fulfill governance requirements, assist team members with data collection, organization, and analysis, and ensure accuracy and completeness of research findings. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive work effort reporting, prepare regular updates for senior management, and gather details to aid in senior management decision-making aligned with organizational goals. Collaborating with the team, you will work on data management, workflows, and best practices to enhance processes and efficiency. It is crucial to assess risks appropriately in business decisions, uphold the firm's reputation, and adhere to regulations and policies while maintaining ethical conduct. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a large complex and/or global environment, expertise in management reporting and process improvement, good analytical skills, and preferably project management experience. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Being a self-starter and quick learner of new tools and technologies will be advantageous. Education-wise, a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience is necessary.
