Job Description

Google Workspace Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage

    Google Workspace Admin Console

    and core services (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Groups)
  • Handle

    user onboarding/offboarding

    , group policies, and organizational units
  • Configure and monitor

    security settings

    like 2-Step Verification, DLP, CAA, and email protection
  • Assist in

    Workspace migrations and integrations

    with other tools
  • Troubleshoot user issues and maintain system performance
  • Stay updated with Google Workspace updates and recommend improvements


Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in

    Google Workspace administration

  • Good understanding of

    user/group management, security, and compliance features

  • Familiarity with tools like

    Google Vault, GCDS

    , and

    Workspace APIs

  • Basic knowledge of email routing, SPF/DKIM/DMARC
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills


Preferred:

  • Google Workspace Administrator Certification (preferred)
  • Experience with identity platforms like

    Azure AD, Okta

    , or similar
  • Exposure to scripting (Google Apps Script, PowerShell) is a plus
