Job Role

6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and optimize

  Google Ads campaigns

  (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, etc.)
• Manage and monitor

  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  campaigns.
• Set up, implement, and troubleshoot

  Google Tag Manager (GTM)

  tags, triggers, and tracking.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Create campaign structures, ad copies, and A/B tests to improve performance.
• Track KPIs, analyze data, and prepare campaign performance reports.
• Ensure proper conversion tracking using

  GTM, Google Analytics, and pixels

  .
• Collaborate with the content and design team to improve CTR, conversions, and ad quality score.
• Stay updated with Google & Meta Ads policies and industry trends.
  

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience

  in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
• Strong understanding of

  Google Tag Manager

  setup and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, keyword planner, and other PPC tools.
• Hands-on experience with campaign optimization and budget management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in

  Google Ads

  (added advantage)
• Basic knowledge of landing pages & CRO
• Creative thinking for ad copy and audience testing
