Google Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management:

• Set up, monitor, and optimize Search, Display, Discovery, and YouTube ad campaigns targeting job seekers.
  
• Manage international campaigns across multiple countries and job categories.
  

• Keyword & Audience Strategy:

• Perform extensive keyword research and competitor analysis for job-related queries.
• Build custom and lookalike audiences to improve targeting precision.
  

• Conversion Optimization:

• Collaborate with web analytics and tech teams to ensure accurate implementation of tracking (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, conversion pixels).
  
• Continuously improve quality score, CTR, and conversion rate.
  

• Budget Ownership:

• Manage monthly budgets and ensure efficient cost-per-application (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  

• Reporting & Insights:

• Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
  
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel to present campaign performance to leadership.
  

• A/B Testing:

• Run A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns.
  
• Proven success with lead generation or job board advertising campaigns.
  
• Proficient with Google Ads Editor, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other PPC tools.
  
• Experience with automated bidding strategies, smart campaigns, and audience segmentation.
  
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  
• Good understanding of SEO and how it complements PPC efforts.
  
• Certification in Google Ads is a plus.
