Position Summary

part-time Google Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage campaigns across Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid optimization
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators including ROAS, CTR, CPA, and Quality Score
• Collaborate with creative and web teams to support landing page improvements
• Provide bi-weekly reporting with actionable insights and recommendations

Qualifications

Required:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts
• Demonstrated ability to drive lead generation and optimize for conversions
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and automated bidding strategies
• Google Ads certification in at least one area (e.g., Search, Display, Measurement)

Preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft Ads or Meta Ads in multi-channel campaigns
• Background in healthcare or medical technology sectors
• Understanding of privacy-focused marketing practices
