The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Google Ads Specialist with 3-6 years of hands-on experience to manage and optimize high-impact PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in Google Ads and a proven track record of managing both lead generation and e-commerce campaigns effectively. This role requires a data-driven mindset, a creative approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan, create, implement, and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Remarketing).
• Strategy & Optimization: Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies for a portfolio of international clients, with a focus on maximizing ROI, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Lead Generation: Expertly manage campaigns to drive high-quality leads, focusing on key metrics like Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Conversion Rate.
• E-commerce: Demonstrate proficiency in e-commerce PPC, including Google Shopping campaigns, product feed optimization, and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other analytical tools. Provide actionable insights and data-backed recommendations to clients.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular performance updates, reports, and strategic recommendations. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
• A/B Testing: Continuously A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
• Budget Management: Effectively manage large advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and spending to meet client KPIs.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-6 years of dedicated experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven expertise in managing both lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
• Must have prior experience working in a digital marketing agency setting.
• Demonstrable experience managing international clients and adapting strategies for different markets.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Note: This position is for candidates based in Delhi.
