Google Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, and creatives to achieve KPIs.
• Optimize campaigns for lowest cost per lead (CPL), highest conversions, and ROI.
• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Implement A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the content and design team to create engaging ad creatives.
• Stay updated with Google Ads policies, industry trends, and latest PPC strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, App campaigns).
• Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS metrics.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.
• Advanced skills in keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid optimization.
• Experience with remarketing, audience segmentation, and automated bidding strategies.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills using Google Ads & Analytics dashboards.
• Google Ads certification(s) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
