Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing . Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance. Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, and creatives to achieve KPIs. Optimize campaigns for lowest cost per lead (CPL), highest conversions, and ROI . Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Implement A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages. Collaborate with the content and design team to create engaging ad creatives. Stay updated with Google Ads policies, industry trends, and latest PPC strategies . Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, App campaigns). Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS metrics. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking .
