Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Google Ads Specialist to create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing ROI, driving qualified traffic, and generating leads or sales through strategic paid advertising efforts on Google. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max, etc.). Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities. Write effective ad copy and create engaging ad creatives. Optimize campaign structure, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize performance. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, etc.). Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages. Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Stay up-to-date with platform updates and industry trends. Collaborate with other marketing teams (SEO, content, design) to align goals. Manage budgets and ensure campaigns stay within financial targets.
